All products carry a full money-back guarantee up to 30 day from the date of purchase. When requesting a refund, please return all empty and unused bottles with your request. We strongly suggest that you use all products as directed before requesting a refund.

We offer you the lowest possible shipping prices available. We provide shipping by USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and DHL Express Worldwide. Costs are calculated based on several factors, including weight, distance, and service type. Total shipping cost will b.e calculated at checkout. Most orders are shipped the same day following receipt of order and payment. Final delivery of international orders are the responsibility of the recipients national postal service or DHL Express.
All retail orders shipping to addresses in the United States are FREE. Free Shipping is also available to Canadian addresses for orders over $150.
Please note: International shipments may take up to 30 business days for standard delivery. In some cases, delivery time may exceed 30 business days. Customs authorities have the right to deny or delay delivery of any package. Supplement Spot is not responsible for updating tracking information.
We cannot change delivery addresses after an order has been submitted. We work with our shipping partners to resolve address issues, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, or other delivery issues if your address was incorrectly entered at checkout. If such an error causes an order to be rejected, lost, or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind. Shipping fees are non-refundable and you may be responsible for return shipping fees.
We are not able to issue refunds on products that are refused or abandoned for any reason.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages delayed by carriers.
Customs Duties and Taxes on International Orders
All international orders are shipped duties and taxes unpaid. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are set by your country's customs service and are the sole responsibility of the customer. RAD Health Labs neither collects these fees, nor quotes their actual costs. You are to pay import fees, duties and taxes, if any, to the responsible party. Any import permits or licenses are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Refund Policy on Orders Seized by Customs
If your package (order) is seized, damaged or destroyed by customs and not returned to us, we will not issue a refund. If we receive a package back from customs, we will refund you the product cost less shipping, handling and insurance, provided the returned products are unopened, in their original packaging, and in good condition within 90 days of purchase.
Customs Restrictions and Prohibited Items
Please check with your country's customs service for information on quantity restrictions and prohibited ingredients. We take no responsibility for items not cleared by customs or confiscated by them.
